Dr Rajeev Kumar, Technical Adviser, Geotechnical, GEOSP Group. A Former Joint Director, Central Soil and Materials Research Station (CSMRS), Ministry of Jal Shakti, GOI, from 1985 to 2021, New Delhi. He had done M Tech (Rock Mechanics), IIT Delhi, PhD, USA. Presently Technical adviser for various State Water resource department such as Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh for repair & rehabilitation of ageing dams and canals. along with Dam Safety and Construction Supervision Experts for Dam Rehabilitation and Improvement Project (DRIP), Central Water Commission, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India. Published one book, 110 technical research papers and Mentor and External Examiner for B. Tech and M. Tech students at IIT Delhi Guided 500+ students of B. Tech, M. Tech students and Research Scholars of Civil Engineering from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Amity university among various other universities.
Mr Narinder Sharma, Technical Adviser, Underground Works, GEOSP Group: Mr Sharma has completed his B. E. Civil Engineering in year 2000. Having expertise in underground projects from Hydropower, Railway, Highway and Metro projects. His core expertise is Tunnelling by Conventional Methods, New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM) and Tunnelling by Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) in the Mumbai Metro line-3 project which is 33.5 km long with 17 no. of TBMs & underground stations. He has experience in ground stations also by Top down method and bottom up techniques also by various means of construction sequences such as Piling and Diaphragm wall construction. Baglihar Hydroelectric Project (900MW), Udhampur, Srinagar, Baramulla Rail Link Project, Banihal Qazigund Four Laning Tunnel Project (NHAI- 8.450 Km twin tunnel), Mumbai Metro underground Line-3, Kanpur- Agra Underground Metro Project are main challenging projects he has done.
